Cyber Democracy.org invites membership in the following

Membership for Cyber Democracy
Movement will be free until further notice.
Initially membership will be open for individuals only.
Members will be required to submit the registration form, on receipt
of which a password for the virtual chat room would be issued for
each member.
The password would be used for periodical meetings of the members and
the Governing Council when formed.
