Now with the advent of Personal data Protection Act (PDPA) in India, there is a fresh interest on how the liabilities arising out of the PDPA may be covered by insurance.<\/p>\n<p>Recently, the NIA (National Insurance Academy) of Pune organized a seminar in Mumbai (7th February 2020) in which the undersigned expressed some of his views.
