Trademarks Owned by Naavi
Naavi has been a pioneer in several aspects of services around Cyber Laws.
Naavi's work is documented for copyright purpose through the various
websites. There have been instances of copyright infringement by a
few which have been addressed from time to time.
Though Naavi pursued patents on Verify for lookalikes service, Adview
Certification and Digital Value imprinted instrument systems (DVIIS),
and obtained positive results in the search through PTC, they could not
be registered due to the the investments required for registration in
different countries. While lookalikes.in service is in operation, adview
certification was not put to use since it required software development.
DVIIS is being offered as a service concept whenever required.
Naavi has now taken steps to register certain Trademarks to prevent
continued infringement. "Naavi","Cyber Law College", "CEAC" and "Cyber
Evidence Archival Center" have since been registered as Trademarks.
