Over the last two years, dot-com projects have been on the
down swing. Many VC s have burnt their fingers by funding dot-com projects.
Many journalists were quick to call dot-cm ventures as dot-con ventures.
The wheel seems to be coming round now. Today people are
thinking of the reasons for the failure of dot-com ventures and trying to
