In order to provide
for compensation in excess of RS 1 crore where required, an amendment may be
added as Section 45 A
“Where the actual damage
suffered by a person under any contravention of the Act is more than Rs 1
Crore, such claim of damages in excess of Rs 1 crore shall be a subject matter
of an appeal on the adjudicator’s decision”
