It is recommended that CRAC
shall meet at frequent intervals not later than once in a quarter and review
the working of the regulations and submit a report to the appropriate
authorities.
CRAC
may also be designated as the “Review Committee” to review the orders on the
interception of communication under Section 69 of the Act.
