The Act provides for
fast dispensation of justice through the system of adjudication which is
presently applicable only for civil disputes.
It is recommended that
“Offences under Chapter XI of the Act” are brought under the purview of the
Cyber Appellate Tribunal with a provision for appeal to an appropriate Court
in the general hierarchy.
It is also suggested that the
Cyber Appellate Tribunal is activated at the earliest.
