Evidence Archival Center (CEAC)
is an initiative of
Naavi.org to provide the Indian public with a
means of using Cyber Evidence when required.
Naavi.com is a Cyber Law portal founded by Naavi (Na.Vijayashankar),
a well known Cyber Law Consultant based in Chennai, India.
Naavi has been active in Cyber Law Education through
Cyber Law College
and
providing workable solutions to many of the Cyber Law related
problems. His patent pending service
Verify For Look Alikes
is a service aimed at providing a means for Domain Name dispute
resolution. He is also in the process of developing the "Ad View
Certification service" useful to the Online Advertising community,
"Digital Stamp Service" and other Cyber Services.
Naavi is also active in promoting
the concept of
Cyber
Democracy through Netizen participation in regulatory activities.
He is a member of the ICANN At Large Committee and also the IT Act
Policy Advisory Group, Ministry of Information Technology, Government
of India.
